opportunities, feasibility studies, assistance and tutorship in enterprise
start-up.
From an operational point of view, these activities are carried out by providing
with assistance to the establishment and development of
SMEs, on the basis of identified opportunities and by planning
initiatives for re-employing long-term unemployed people, through
job or enterprise creation actions, mainly
co-operatives or micro initiatives, with specific experiences targeted for
women, immigrants and ex-prisoners (Incubator Centres for local development).
